Food, Service and Atmosphere were all excellent!! Celebrated a friend's birthday with our husbands and one of the best burgers I have ever had. Local Open is my new favorite place to go. No freezers on the property so everything is fresh. Great bar area with TV's and golf simulator booths. Check it out!

Owner was super nice, fresh food, tasted fantastic, bar service was excellent ,service was outstanding. Next time we will for sure play golf! Neighhood Gem for sure.

We returned and it is as delicious as always. The service is incredible. We have added The Local Open to our list of absolutely favorite places to enjoy dinner.

Very pricey for a bar! We went there for an early dinner (Saturday 4pm). We have never been there before. No one in the place except a few sitting at the bar and someone in the "golf simulator" room. They sat us at a booth right next to where the manager was sitting and a girl was rolling silverware. Manager walked past us several times and said nothing to us. We quickly looked at the appetizers and got an order of 8 buffalo wings and 1 beer before looking at the rest of the menu. When we did, we noticed a regular salad was $20 and if I wanted chicken on it, another $9! A Hamburger was $18-22. This is a BAR!! Our 8 wings and 1 beer was $25 Before the tip! I think they are using their food prices to pay for the golf simulator! Ridiculous! We ended up a a Nice Restaurant and I got a huge fancy salad with chicken for a lot less!

Exceptional service, delicious fresh food, tv's in bar for watching games, and unique entertainment--Local Open has it all. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem! Can't wait to go back!

Found our favorite local (Prosper) neighborhood bar/restaurant - it's technically in Frisco but across the street from Prosper. A total hidden gem. Absolutely beautiful restaurant and bar, fabulous food and drinks, excellent and attentive service, local/small business, gluten-free options (just ask), and oh btw it has several (5) indoor private golf simulator rooms with full service. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's 10/10 and then some. Hits all the notes. We went right when they opened for brunch on a Sunday before it got busy. Can't wait to go back.

Finally had a chance to chime in after 4 visits... all great! Blackened chicken sandwich, pizza, steak sandwich....delicious! Service is great. Friendly and engaging. I love the attention to details about the layout. Great for watching sports too! Cheers!

Made a reservation for 4 at 12p on a Wednesday for their indoor golf and it was not busy at all! The ambiance inside appeared to be very elegant looking, but don't be fooled! It's a very casual space perfect for hanging out with friends. Our server (I believe her name is Alexis) was very attentive and sweet. She explained how all the game modes worked, and even gave her suggestions and recommendations on what to play! I give this place four stars because the sensor for the golf was kind of iffy. Some of us would hit the ball extremely hard and it would not count at all, and on the other hand, some of us would hit it lightly and it would register? It was completely backwards, but it didn't necessarily take away from the fun we had. It was something to just laugh off. We also made sure to not stand in front of the sensor so we knew that was not the reason as to why it wasn't registering fully. Besides the games, food and drinks were fantastic. We ordered some fries and the charcuterie board and both were very yummy! Make sure to order extra crackers for the charcuterie board or else you will run out before finishing everything else. Drinks were delicious and strong.. thank you bartender!

This place charms with its friendly service and stunning modern decor. Although drink prices are on the higher side, the food offers good value for money. While the chicken and waffles fell short due to both being overcooked, they were flavorful, and the breakfast pizza was a tasty surprise, both in flavor and size. We went at about 11:30 on Sunday and were told they were only serving from the smaller brunch menu and not the lunch menu which was a little disappointing. They have an indoor golfing game as well, but we did not play it, so I can't speak to that at all. This is a cool place, I'd give them another chance.
